Infaque v26.5.3 - Inbound Email and Forecast Updates

Version 26.5.3 of Infaque is now available. At Infaque, we are committed to continuously enhancing your experience with every update.
We are pleased to introduce Inbound Email, a new communication enhancement that helps admins capture and review donor emails directly inside Infaque. With this release, admins can connect a donor email box through Administrative > Connect > Inbound Emails. Once connected, Infaque fetches emails sent to the connected account by users who exist in the system, whether they are potential donors or existing donors. These emails populate in Correspondence > Received Email, helping teams keep donor communication organized and easier to review.
This release also improves visibility for time-bound subscriptions in forecast tables. For Stripe customers using time-bound giving, upcoming daily, monthly, and one-time donations are now reflected in Transactions > Contribution Forecast, giving teams clearer visibility into expected donations.

Inbound Email
Admin Enhancements
- Added a new Inbound Emails connection option under Administrative > Connect.
- Admins can connect the donor email box used for incoming donor communication.
- Once connected, Infaque fetches emails sent to the connected account by users who already exist in the system.
- Email activity is supported for both potential donors and existing donors.
- Received emails populate in Correspondence > Received Email for centralized review.
- The dashboard notification box now pops up when a new email is received.
- Donor-specific emails are also populated in individual profiles, making it easier to review correspondence history from the donor record.
- This helps admins track inbound communication without switching between external inboxes and Infaque.
Donor and Potential Donor Visibility
- Incoming emails are matched with the corresponding potential donor or donor profile when the sender exists in Infaque.
- Profile-level correspondence gives teams donor-specific context before follow-up.
- Centralized received emails help admins quickly review recent inbound activity and respond with better context.
Forecast Tables for Time-Bound Subscriptions
In the previous release, we introduced time-bound donation options for Stripe customers, including daily, monthly, and one-time giving. In v26.5.3, their impact is now visible in Transactions > Contribution Forecast.
- Contribution Forecast now reflects upcoming donations from Stripe-based time-bound subscriptions.
- Daily, monthly, and one-time time-bound giving activity is represented in the forecast view.
- Admins can better understand upcoming donation activity and expected contribution timing.
- This gives finance and fundraising teams clearer planning visibility for upcoming donations.
