We are pleased to share new features and enhancements designed to improve data management and donor insights. This release introduces Fundraiser Live, an innovative feature that allows admins to create and manage live fundraising events over a defined period.

Fundraiser Live enhances both the admin and donor experience, bringing control, transparency, and real-time tracking to the entire fundraising process. Admins can set up and monitor live donation campaigns, track progress in real time, and engage donors more effectively than ever before.

Fundraiser Live is designed to give admins a complete toolkit to configure and customize live fundraisers, manage donor engagement, and deliver a smooth event experience.

Key highlights on the admin side include:

• Set campaign name, goal amount, and a personalized tagline
• Link the live fundraiser to a campaign and a pledge group
• Track donation progress in real time with a dynamic goal tracker
• Display top contributors via a live leaderboard
• View recent donations and pledges with timestamps
• Monitor donation stream visibility for transparency and engagement

Admins now have full control to customize live fundraisers, including donation settings, contribution tracking, and leaderboard visibility. Before launch, admins can preview the fundraiser on desktop and mobile to ensure an optimized experience.

A contribution intent link and QR codes are automatically generated for each fundraiser page, enabling fast donor access during live events.

Fundraiser Live also delivers major donor-side enhancements:

• Live goal progress bar showing raised amount vs target
• Instant updates after each contribution
• Top donor list with names and donated amounts
• Leaderboard rankings that motivate additional contributions
• Embedded QR code for quick, hassle-free donations
• Recent activity feed with live pledge and donation updates

Contribution visibility by donor name and amount creates transparency and recognizes supporter generosity, building stronger community engagement during campaigns.

This release also introduces Bulk Receipt Generation in CRM. Admins can now generate and issue receipts in bulk for multiple donations or payments simultaneously.

Whether handling high-volume donations or sending year-end tax receipts, this feature simplifies receipt operations and includes essential details such as donor names, amounts, and the fundraiser associated with each donation.
