What's New in Infaque v26.10.1 – Release Notes:

This update brings a redesigned organization dashboard, a faster donation experience, clearer bulk email handling, and several fixes. Here is what's new.

New Features:

A Redesigned Dashboard for Your Organization:

Your dashboard has been completely refreshed. It now opens with a personalized welcome and a summary of your key numbers — total donations, donors, subscribers, active fundraisers, and your content — with 30-day trends and animated counters. Below the summary you'll find:

• Active fundraisers — a clear list of your running fundraisers with money raised, goals, and progress, sorted so the most important ones stand out. If you have no active fundraisers yet, the section guides you to create one;
• Activity feed — recent donor and supporter activity, right on the dashboard;
• Contribution breakdown — analyze contributions for the current month, last month, current year, the last 12 months, or all time, in a chart or table view. It includes donor metrics such as new contacts, one-time donors, monthly donors, and email subscribers, and lets you export any view to Excel with tidy, readable columns and your organization's own names for causes and campaigns.

A Guided Setup Checklist:

A new setup checklist on the dashboard shows your progress through the key steps of getting your organization ready, and takes you directly to each remaining task with one click. New organizations will find it much easier to get up and running.

A Smarter Notification Center:

The dashboard now includes a redesigned notification center that groups alerts into "Need action" and "Alerts" tabs. Subscription alerts are grouped by supporter and can be expanded or dismissed, and items that need your review — such as pending email payments and pledge transactions — are one click away.

Improvements:

Donation Pages Load Faster:

Donation forms now appear almost immediately when someone opens your donation page, with a lightweight loading indicator instead of a full-screen spinner. This is especially noticeable for public donors visiting your donation link for the first time.

Clearer Bulk Email Recipient Handling:

When you send a bulk email, recipients who have unsubscribed now appear in the campaign details as "Unsubscribed" instead of silently disappearing, and bounced contacts are skipped. This gives you an accurate picture of who actually received your email.

A Smoother Payment Page for Event Tickets:

People buying tickets to your events now complete payment on a secure, hosted checkout page, with fewer steps to fill in on your own page.

More Reliable "Select all" in Bulk Email:

When working with a saved or child-organization recipient list, "Select all" now selects exactly that list rather than everyone matching a broader filter.

Bug Fixes:

• Donation pages could appear stuck on a loading screen for public donors in some cases. The form now always renders;
• "Select all" in bulk email could previously select the wrong group of contacts; it now selects the intended list;
• The send option on bulk email details is now available only when recipients are actually selected, avoiding confusion;
• The contribution breakdown no longer shows empty rows when a cause or campaign has no contributions.

Do You Need to Do Anything?

No action is required. You can continue using the application as usual.

Important Notes:

• The previous version of the dashboard remains available if you need it — contact your account team if you would like to keep using it;
• When buying event tickets, buyers will now be taken to a hosted checkout page to complete payment.
