Merge Email functionality: enabling Admins to consolidate multiple email addresses under a single donor profile. This enhancement is especially helpful for donors who may have different email addresses for various purposes, such as primary and secondary emails. 

Analytics: This brings powerful data tools to our platform, allowing admins to create interactive reports with ease. This feature will enhance your ability to analyze and present donor data effectively, particularly for contact management and transaction history.

New Feature Highlights: Merge Email & Analytics Enhancements

Admin Control for Merging
Admins now have complete control over the merge process:

  • Ensure streamlined communication: merging donor contact information under a single profile
  • Live Data Update While Merging: Changes made during the email merge process are reflected in real-time, providing immediate feedback on the updated donor information.
  • Seamless Experience: Once merged, all communication, preferences, and notifications will be streamlined under the chosen primary email.

Analytics: In-Depth Data Analysis
Admins now have access to a powerful set of analytics tools:

  • Slicing and Dicing donor data based on various date ranges
  • Create Reports to analyze your donor pool, top donors, and contribution trends
  • Customizable Layouts for reports, including filtering, sorting, and grouping options
  • Create analysis and reports based on your major contact and transaction tables and get valuable insights in the form of compact or flat tables.

  • Provides a user-friendly, Excel-like interface and exports to various formats. It also supports multiple data sources, customizable layouts, and calculated values, and can create interactive pivot tables for data analysis.

  • Identify your top donors, track the total number of contributions, analyze donation trends over time, and gain valuable insights into donor behavior and engagement
