Infaque v26.1.2 Release Notes: Daily Giving

We’re excited to bring you Infaque version 26.1.2, introducing Daily Giving and a few interesting enhancements: A feature that allows donors to contribute automatically every day for a defined period. This update brings full control, transparency, and tracking for both admins and donors. 

New Feature Highlights: Empower generosity every day, with fully automated, time-bound Daily Giving.

Admin Control
Admins now have complete control over customising the donation form for daily donations:

  • Admins have complete control over setting up Daily Giving on the donation form, including the ability to:

  • Turn Daily Giving on or off from the admin panel.

  • Automatically remove Monthly and One-Time donation options when Daily Giving is enabled to streamline the form.

  • Define required Start and End Dates to clearly establish the Daily Giving period.

  • Customise and localise all Daily Giving text elements such as labels, headings, and placeholder text to match organisational branding and language needs.

  • Ability to preview the Daily Giving donation form directly from the admin panel.

Donation Form Experience

  • Donors can successfully make Daily Giving donations from the donation form
  • A start date selection is required and cannot default to today’s date.
  • End Date selection is mandatory.
  • Display of Start Date, End Date, and total active days on:
  • Donation form Screen 2
  • Donation form Screen 3

Subscriptions & Tracking

  • All Daily Giving transactions are recorded with a daily frequency and handled as recurring donations for accurate reporting and management.
  • Daily Giving donors can be easily identified and filtered in the transaction table, allowing for improved tracking and analysis.
  • Admins will have the ability to cancel Daily Giving subscriptions.
  • Daily Giving subscription status and history are consistently tracked and visible across the platform, including:
  • The donor’s profile, where subscription history and activity are displayed
  • The self-service portal, where donors can view and manage both Monthly and Daily subscriptions

Emails & Notifications

  • Admins can create and manage email templates specifically designed for Daily Giving, allowing consistent and tailored communication with donors.
  • An automatic confirmation email is sent when a Daily Giving subscription is created, providing key details such as the Start Date, End Date, total active days, and the subscription amount for full transparency.
  • Admins can send automated subscription cancellation emails to keep donors informed of changes to their Daily Giving commitments.
  • System-generated emails related to Daily Giving can be created and edited directly from the CRM, offering flexibility in content and branding.
  • Donors are automatically notified if a transaction fails, enabling timely awareness and reducing missed contributions.
Transactions Upload Enhancements:

When uploading transactions via an XLSX file or through manual entry, admins can specify the Transaction Source, with options including Securities, Bonds, POS, and Other. Admins can also choose whether to generate a receipt when uploading transactions, both for manual uploads and bulk uploads. Additionally, a Description field is available during the upload process, allowing admins to add context or notes related to each transaction.



This release introduces Daily Giving, offering a more flexible and donor-friendly way to contribute through the donation form, along with enhancements to transaction uploads for improved data management. With clearly defined start and end dates, donors can easily understand the duration and impact of their daily contributions throughout the giving period. The enhanced donation flow ensures transparency by displaying subscription details, active days, and contribution summaries at key stages of the form and on the confirmation screen. In addition, transaction uploads now support richer data capture, including transaction sources, receipt generation, and contextual descriptions. Admins benefit from greater control through customization, localization, preview capabilities, and improved transaction handling, while automated emails and subscription management strengthen communication and trust. Together, these enhancements simplify recurring daily donations, improve reporting accuracy, and deepen donor engagement across the platform.
