We operate on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and OpenAI, leveraging a serverless architecture to securely store, manage, and process data with best-in-class cloud security.

2. The Data We Collect

We collect different types of data based on how you interact with Infāque:

If You’re a Donor

  • Basic Info: Name, email, phone number, and address (if provided).
  • Donation Details: Amount, frequency, chosen nonprofit, and payment method (we do not store banking details).
  • Engagement Data: Donation history, communication preferences, and interactions with nonprofits.

If You’re a Nonprofit

  • Organization Info: Name, registration details, mission statement.
  • User Accounts: Admin and team member details (name, email, roles).
  • Campaign & Outreach Data: Fundraising and donor engagement-related data.

If You’re a Partner (Referral, Implementation, Sales)

  • Business Details: Company name, registration, point of contact.
  • Financial Info: Commission payments, payout preferences.
  • Collaboration Data: Leads shared, sales performance, and support interactions.

Automatically Collected Data

  • Device & Usage Info: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and session logs.
  • Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies for analytics, security, and personalization (more in Section 7).

    • We use the collected data to:
      Facilitate donor contributions securely.
    • Help nonprofits manage fundraising, communications, and outreach.
    • Process payments securely (via third-party payment providers).
    • Support partner collaboration (tracking referrals & commissions).
    • Improve our platform with analytics & user feedback.
    • Comply with legal & regulatory obligations.

    We DO NOT sell your data. Ever.

     

    4. How We Share Your Data

    We only share data when necessary and with strict protections:

    • With Nonprofits – When donors engage with a nonprofit, their basic details (with consent) may be shared.
    • With Partners – Business-related data is shared only under contractual agreements.
    • With Service Providers – Payment processors, cloud storage providers (GCP, AWS, Microsoft Azure), OpenAI for AI-based services, and customer support tools.
    • With Law Enforcement – If required by law (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance).

     

    5. Data Security & Storage

      We take security seriously and use Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and OpenAI to ensure high security and compliance standards:

      • Data Encryption – All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest.
      • Secure Access Controls – Only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.
      • No Traditional Servers – Our serverless approach reduces vulnerabilities.

      Data Retention
      We keep your data only as long as necessary for:

      • Operational needs (e.g., donor history, nonprofit engagement).
      • Legal and compliance requirements (tax records, financial reporting).
      • Fraud prevention and security monitoring.

      If you request account deletion, your data will be permanently removed unless legal retention rules apply.

      Depending on your location, you may have specific privacy rights under laws like GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and others.

      • Access & Correction – You can view or update your info.
      • Opt-Out of Communications – You can unsubscribe from emails.
      • Data Portability – You can request a copy of your data.
      • Account Deletion – You can request to have your account deleted.

      We only sometimes use necessary cookies and similar tracking technologies for:

      • Personalization – Customizing your experience.
      • Analytics – Understanding how users interact with Infāque.
      • Security – Detecting and preventing fraud.
